Placing an Order Online
You can place your order online through this web site at your convenience. Simply click on the “Shop” button to browse our stunning door knockers and our web site will guide you through the order process, where you will be able to specify the type of door knocker(s), quantity, shipping & billing address, and payment method.

All orders are processed using PayPal’s Secure Online Payment system. At no time do we handle your sensitive payment information, and YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT to buy from us.

After you place your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order.

Once your payment has been processed, and is ready to ship, you will be sent another e-mail confirming that your order has been shipped.

Payments Accepted

We currently accept eChecks®, Visa®, Mastercard®, Discover®, & American Express® online. If you prefer to pay by postal money order or certified check, you will have an opportunity to specify this payment method during checkout; however, your order will not ship until payment has been received.

Please note that payments are processed using PayPal Merchant Services. PayPal does not require you to have an existing PayPal account to send payment, nor are you required to create one to send payment, although you may be asked if you want to create a PayPal account.

Shipping & Additional Order Processing Information
We offer FREE Priority Shipping on retail orders throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We ship items within 24-48 hours of receiving your confirmed payment.

Expedited Shipping Services
Customers who want their door knockers faster can choose United States Postal Service Express Shipping during the checkout process for an additional fee. In general, there is an extra $15 charge for your first item, and another $5 for each additional item. Please allow 24-48 hours to process your order.

International Shipping Services
Flat fee of $15 USD.

Returning an Item
All door knockers are carefully inspected prior to shipping. If you receive an item which has been damaged in transit, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item so we may address this with the shipping carrier and process your return.
